Under Inlets Tailing Dam Safety Evaluation And Dam Break Simulation Analysis

Tailing pond is one of important and dangerous fountainheads of mine, and needs to be attached importance. However, it isn't enough to systematically and perfectly analyze security tailing pond in the world at present.This dissertation is written on the base of referring laws, regulations and technical standards that established by nation, department and industry, studying 40 tailing ponds specific situation in Yunnan Stannum company, and composing security analysis reports of tailing ponds of the company.The main conclusions are as follows:1) This paper makes systematical description of the Present Situation of xia shui wan tailing ponds and the main hazardous and harmful factors in the design of xiahuiwan Expansion Project.2) According to the feature of xia shui wan tailing ponds this paper put forward the Safety Assessment System, this paper makes safety evaluation in general layout of Tailings Dam,the flood discharge system of tailings pond, the Monitoring System of tailings pond from four aspects with subject adopt safe check table law , dangerous analytic approach in advance etc.the paper make safety situation table.3) According to the safety situation shown in the result, some corresponding measures were put forward.4) The paper evaluate the dam body by using Sweden slice method, make the simulation Analysis of dam-break, calculate regional flood Area, recheck the Reliability of tailings dam drainage System, to provide theoretical basis for ensuring cha-ji highway safe .
