With the improvement of living quality, the European Type lampblack presser has been increasingly and widely used year by year, which causes the market competition more and more crucial. At the same time, people's requirement for noise reduction on lampblack presser has increased. Therefore, it is important to improve the efficiency of lampblack presser and reduce noise so as to promote the product competitiveness.At present, the researches by domestic and foreign scholars on European Type lampblack presser are mainly involved in external flow field and Dynamical System. Compared with Chinese Style, the European Type lampblack presser has a more compact structure, which makes the internal air passage smaller and causes flow resistance increasing. In addition, the main way of noise propagating into room is the air inlet, in which using noise reduction measures can arrive at a good effect.This paper firstly does research on the behavior of the inner flow of the air duct of lampblack presser by using numerical simulation. According to the result, the schemes of adjusting structure of air duct, such as adding an air guiding device below the inner set fan, is given in order to improve equipment performance by optimizing the flow in the duct and reducing flow resistance. And then, the noise control method is studied in order to reduce the proportion of noise propagating into room through the inlet.The main content of this dissertation is as follow. Firstly, the behavior of the inner flow has been solved by the method of the technology of CFD. As a result, the velocity field distribution in it has been obtained. Then the feasibility of the method of numerical simulation has been proved by experimental test. Secondly, according to the result of numerical simulation, the cause of resistance of flow has been analyzed. And the optimization scheme has been proposed in order to improve the performance of lampblack presser. Finally, through the research on the experimental test of noise, the main way of noise propagating into room is the air inlet. Then oil screen at the inlet has been optimized by using double layer structure so as to reduce noise.
