Embedded system has played a more and more important role in the heria(?) maustriai control,the performance of AVR is especially superior in 8-bit embedded microprocessors.μC/OS-Ⅱis an open operate system that has complete system functions and is easy to use.They are becoming more popular in several application research. Along with the popularity of networking,ethernet interfce is embedded in the embedded system.It makes the whole system intelligent and networking into one.As a stable power source, storage battery is widely used in industrial field because of its stability,low price and long life-span.Formation processing is very important in production process,as it effects the quality.As a large demand for it, mass production makes the intelligent and networking monitoring system come out.The subject is to research and design a extended function monitoring system for storage battery formation processing with ethernet interface based on AVR+μC/OS-Ⅱ.The main content of the research is as following:1. Design of hardware system.Discussing mainly about the circuit design based on ATMEGA128,with cs5460 being used to be data acquisition interface and RTL8019 being used to be network interface.In addition,it also includes circuit design of memory and D/A interface2. Design of software system. According to the specific hardware, complete reduction, configuration and transplantation forμC/OS-Ⅱand driver for each part.Modifying network card driver and transplanting uip protocol stack to realize elementary network function.3. Designed application of multitask management.Try to make it stable,clear structure and high portability.Experiments show that the system can achieve basic functions.Through the work, deepening the understanding of embedded systems applications.
