AC digital servo control system is the focus of research in the field of servo motor control. It is different from traditional analog servo control system in computing, processing, output data with digital signals.AC digital servo controller is an important part of the digital servo control system. With the development of digital processing equipment, and the progress of motor control technology, modern AC Digital Servo Controllers are also constantly improving. Combining with a suit of aetual AC servo system developing, this PaPer emphasizes on Digital Servo Controller software and hardware designing, and simulation and application of control algorithms.Demand for the parameters, the high-performance digital AC servo control system is composed of upper control system, testing machines, servo controller, servo driver (BDS5), AC motor, shaft encoder feedback loop and other components. In order to improve the accuracy and to reduce the response rate, AC digital servo controller is designed with a DSP-TMS320F2812. This paper introduces the hardware functional servo controller chip selection, portfolio link, interface design, PCB layout, hardware debug.In the simulation environment of matlab, AC digital servo control system model is construeed. The simulation study of traditional PID and intelligent PID is carrying out. Through the compare researeh, the high effect and feasibility of intelligent PID control algorithm are clearly shown.Programming on AC digital servo controlle, in order to normal operation of the AC servo control system.
