| Switched reluctance motor drive system (SRD) is a new kind of variable speed drive system which has been developed from 1980s. It is developed with the micro-electronics technology, control technology, power electronics technology and the development of modern computer technology. The system mainly consists of pairs of convex-pole reluctance motor, power converter, position sensors and controllers, It has advantages of Simple and hard structure, high reliability, wide speed range, It ranges within the entire speed with high efficiency, and is easy to manufacture into a sealed structure and waterproof, dust-proof, explosion-proof structure of the form, which is suitable for harsh environment applications, and does not require frequent maintenance. Its products have been widely applied to electric vehicle drive system, household appliances, aviation industry and other fields, which have become one of the most popular topics on modern electric drive.Currently switched reluctance motor drive system is also of the industrial production scale has not yet, The main reason lies in the torque ripple, noise and serious run-time fever caused by its own structure, while position sensors due to the presence not only increases system cost and complexity, but also reduces the reliability of the SRD. The study of Switched Reluctance Motor address these issues focused on two aspects:one is the motor body design and optimization analysis, the switched reluctance motor parameters of structure on the electrical properties of the impact, and the establishment of accurate and reasonable non-linear switched reluctance motor model, forming a design method for switched reluctance motor theory; the other hand, the study of motor control, with appropriate control strategies, selection of a reasonable power conversion circuit and the switching frequency design methods, which ultimately form a complete set of lower vibration noise and torque ripple of the control strategy.This paper analyzes the switched reluctance motor drive system, composition, the switched reluctance motor operating principle and structure characteristics, switched reluctance motor drive system operating characteristics, as well as the parameters of the calculation and selection in the design process of the motor body, the influence of the choice of these parameters for the switched reluctance motor operating properties, the linear model of switched reluctance motor, quasi-linear model, non-linear model and a typical switched reluctance motor control mode, thus the analysis of the motor make a theoretical basis.Then in this paper, the prototype of a switched reluctance motor is started the calculation, with the Electromagnetic Field Analysis Software ANSOFT/ MAXWELL and Rxmpt As research tools, using two-dimensional finite element method and three-dimensional finite element method simulation model, given material properties, set the boundary conditions and excitation source, computer simulation of the prototype magnetic field is solved, the prototype magnetic field distribution and characteristic curve can be obtained, they provides a method basis for the switched reluctance motor design and analysis.Finally, I spot investigation of the switched reluctance motor processing of the various components of production, and final assembly of the actual production process and testing laboratories in the electrical station of the existing models of switched reluctance motor drive system to debug the experiment, then collecting the switched reluctance Motor test data waveforms, combined with the motor theory, as well as software simulation of the switched reluctance motor analysis of the measured waveform in order to choose a more reasonable design parameters to improve the motor performance. |
