Research On The Design And Application Of Wuhai Central Control Station Based On System Apcs3000

With the growing power load of Wuhai, there are more and more newly-built power stations whose development speed is faster. The original operation mode watched by people will not accomplish the operation management of each power station. Therefore, it is quite important to build a District Electric Power System Central Control Station and to achieve central control operation management of power station with available human resources.In this paper, the author expounds the design, general requirement, solution and the achievements of hard and soft ware of Wuhai central control station system in detail, which is based on the author's hands-on experience in the construction of Wuhai central control station system and is from the problems in traditional power station, automatic system, management of power station and electric power system management. On this condition, it completes the monitor function of the central control station based on APCS3000 system and accomplishes the compilation of the management system of Wuhai central control station system, and put forward the direction of improvement to some of the problems, which provide help to the construction of large district power system monitoring center in the future.
