| Accelerating the process of the world economic integration and modernization of the city leads to the loss of the Chinese cityscape and the fracture of the cultural lines day by day. Exploring the perfection of cityscape and features of the renewed urban planning, the subject of revival of China today is becoming important to urban study. The present evaluation of cityscape is the pre-preparation phase of cityscape planning, it's of significance to the research.Many domestic and foreign cities have carried on the attempt to the cityscape planning, but which have not formed the clear and unified definition and model.There is no perfect appraisal system for the present evaluation of urban landscape planning which as a foundation and basis of urban landscape planning; this has brought about tremendous influence to the operability and utility of the urban landscape planning.This article has carried on the induction and the analysis to the present situation appraisal's method of urban landscape planning, tried to construct a reasonable appraisal system, filled up vacancy which exists in the method study stratification plane.By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),GIS data space in this article, trying to find a more rational and objective evaluation of urban landscape planning method,exploring some of the features and application technology of relative universality, they enable the urban style plan present situation appraisal to have the feasibility and the compatibility.This article takes the Nanning cityscape plan present situation appraisal's practice as an example, makes it as the one kind to refer and to use for reference when planners carry on the urban planning, and explores a practical evaluation and approach,which can enable the cityscape plan present situation appraisal to become an effective research tool which can promote the level of the cityscape plan. This has the vital significance to the cityscape plan and even the enhancement of entire city layout system level. |
