Research On The Control Index System Of Tieshan Port Industrial Park Based On Industrial Agglomeration

Since the 1980s,when China implemented the important national policy of reform and opening up,China’s industrialization has stepped into a period of acceleration,and the level of urbanization has been continuously improved.A large number of industrial parks have emerged at the historic moment,and this process marks the arrival of the golden era of economic development.At the same time,China’s attention on urbanization construction is increasing year by year.High-quality urbanization requires us to explore a new industrialization road with unique multi-factor characteristics in the future development direction.In the context of global economic integration,industrial agglomeration has been widely regarded as an important means to promote economic development and enhance regional competitiveness.As the main carrier of industrial agglomeration,the setting of the control planning index system of industrial parks directly affects the effect of industrial agglomeration.Based on the research background at home and abroad and many years of study cases,this paper has in-depth studied the relevant theories and methods of regulation control at home and abroad,sorted out the relevant theories of land economics,industrial economics and detailed control planning,and put forward the important mission of regulation control in industrial parks.Aiming at the specific case of Tieshan Port,it has conducted a study on the regulation index system based on industrial agglomeration.In addition,the control index system of Tieshan Port Industrial Park is constructed,and the related control index is assigned to form the control results.In this paper,based on the relevant research background and significance of the subject,the relevant theories of land economics,industrial economics and control detailed planning are sorted out,and the related concepts of industrial parks and industrial clusters are explained.On the basis of reviewing the current research status of control planning at home and abroad,the industrial land control is separated from the index system of urban control planning.Summarize the special needs of industrial park regulation.Secondly,by analyzing and studying the background and general situation of Tieshan Port Industrial Park,the industrial system of the park is constructed,and Cite Space analysis method,literature research method and Delphi method are adopted for comprehensive analysis.The control index database of Tieshan Port Industrial Park is established,and the indicators are screened and analyzed.Finally,a control index system applicable to Tieshan Port Industrial Park is constructed for the purpose of improving the degree of land intensive use and promoting industrial agglomeration.Finally,combined with the previous research results,this paper also determined the main industrial categories of Tieshan Port Industrial Park,starting from the specific industrial characteristics of the core index of control was studied.In view of the possible scenarios of industrial land transfer,relevant plans are formulated to improve the management efficiency of the control regulations and improve the coverage of the project results.
