Car Adaptive Design Of The Computer Environment

Vehicle loaded computer has been being applied widly in various fields, such as exploration, engineering detection and military vehicle.It has become a significant engineering application demand to ensure stable working condition of vehicle loaded computer system under the relatively harsh working environment.The environmental adaptability of a equipment means that all the predetermined function and performance of the equipment can be realized without being damaged under all environmental circumstances in its life-span. Based on the analysis of working characteristics and function requirements of the high-performance on-board computer system, the paper focuses on its environmental adaptability, the overall designing plan for the computer system is proposed, the design of layout, anti vibration, anti impact and thermal on mainframe module, display module,memory module,keyboard and mouse module are mainly discussed. Furthermore,according to the characters of vehicle loaded computer system, the design of three-proof, low-temperature, EMC(Electro Magnetic Compatibility),maintenance, safety and technology are conducted.Then, specific to the module composition of vehicle loaded computer system, a reliable analysis model is constructed, and the reliability of vehicle loaded computer system is analyzed and predicted. As for the great impact on the environmental vibration, the modal analysis and simulation of the vibration impact for host plug box module are carried out. How to apply the vibration isolation technology to control the vibration of computer equipment is studied mainly, and the calculation data for the anti vibration and impact design are provided. Upon the discussed work, the environmental adaptability tests like low air pressure, low-temperature, high-temperature, muggy, vibration and electro magnetic compatibility, etc are finished, by which the rationality and efficiency of those designing plans for the environmental adaptability on the vehicle loaded computer system are proved.The work done in this paper provides the theoretic and test evidences for the design and development of vehicle loaded computer. The completed system has already been put into operation and various performance indicators have met the desirable designing requirements.
