With the rapid development of social economy and continuous improvement of living standards, the popularity rate of household appliances has increased year by year; on the other hand, with the rapid supersession rate of various household appliances, a large number of waste garbage formed, which not only increased the social burden, wasted a lot of resources and energy, but also made the environment suffer severe damage and impact, even impact people's life quality. Therefore, comprehensively studying the recycling technology and measures, establishing the recycling and treatment system, rational planning disassembly modeling and disassembly sequence generation and optimization process for the waste household appliances are of great significance for manufacturing enterprises in China, which aspect the sustainable development of enterprises, efficient use of social resources and energy, and the effective protection of environment.Firstly, based on circular economy concept, combined with our national condition and followed to the main principles in e-waste treatment and disposal systems, the Petri net theory and workflow theory are added into the specific recycling process model of waste household appliances, which will support the analysis and optimization of the e-waste recycling and disassembly sequence in future.Secondly, in order to achieve the disassembly sequence planning, undirected graph model, graph model, AND/OR graph model and Petri net model of a product are established in the paper, and the advantages and the shortcomings of the models are found by comparing. Based on the value and time, an improved model of disassembly Petri net is established. Then, based on the Petri net and main evaluation targets, for example, the corresponding disassemble cost and the removal time, which obtains an optimal disassembly sequence. An example shows the disassembly sequence generation and optimization process. Afterward, the recycling and disassembly process is evaluated. The evaluation formulas are given in terms of recycling,demolition and economy.In the end, based on the disassembly Petri model, the disassembly analysis system is designed and developed for home appliances. This system combines VC++6.0 visual programming function with Matlab mathematical computing function. the system will be able to guide the disassembly process of products, in order to get higher disassembly value, optimal disassembly time and optimal disassembly sequence.
