Study On Effect Of The Top-dressing Fertilizer On Pepper In Eco-organic Type Soilless Culture In Solar Greenhouse

This experiment used pepper as the experiment material. Using the "3414" design, Effects of N,P,K ratio of different application on the indexes of growth, physiological characteristics, yield and quality,ect of pepper were studied in eco-organic type soilless culture. The following conclusions were obtained:1.Before the blooming and fruit setting stage, effects of the top-dressing fertilizer with N,P,K ratio of different application on plant height,stem diameter were no signifciant; but the diffience of root volume,whole plant dry and fresh weight between treaments were signifciant. The treatment at the ratio of diammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate were 8.0,19.6kg/667m2 per time, root volume,whole plant dry weight were best,increased by 53,29%,1.34% than treated without fertilizer supply. In the fruit obtaining stage, effects of the top-dressing fertilizer with N,P,K ratio of different application on plant height,stem diameter,root volume,whole plant dry and fresh weight increased, the diffience between treaments were signifciant, the treatment at the ratio of urea,diammonium phosphate,potassium sulfate were 4.3,4.0,19.6kg/667m2 per time, plant height, whole plant dry weight were best,increased by 8.49%,23.69%,61.82% than treated without fertilizer supply.2.Effects of the top-dressing fertilizer with N,P,K ratio of different application on flower number and fruit number of single plant and the first fruit setting rate were signifciant. The treatment of urea, diammonium phosphate,potassium sulfate were 4.3,4.0,19.6kg/667m2 per time, planting 63d, flower number of single plant was 13, fruit number of single plant was 5, the first fruit setting rate was best, increased by 52.38% than treated without fertilizer supply.3.Effects of the top-dressing fertilizer with N,P,K ratio of different application on NR activity, the content of Pro and soluble sugar in leaves of papper were signifciant, the treatment of urea,diammonium phosphate,potassium sulfate were 4.3,4.0,19.6 kg/667m2 per time,planting 105d, NR activity was increased by 94.82%, the content of Pro and soluble sugar increased by77.74%,10.39%.4.Effects of the top-dressing fertilizer with N,P,K ratio of different application on Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm,Fv'/Fm' andΦPSⅡin leaves of pepper were signifciant, the treatment of urea, diammo-nium phosphate, potassium sulfate were 4.3,4.0,19.6kg/667m2 per time, planting 79d, Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm,Fv'/Fm' and OPSⅡincreased by 28.70%,5.16%,5.19%,10.30%.5.The top-dressing fertilizer with suitable N,P,K ratio of different application enhenced effect of increasing-yeild and fruit quality obviously, the treatment of urea,diammonium phosphate,potassium sulfate were 4.3,4.0,19.6kg/667m2 per time,yeild reached 5180.7kg/667m2, were increased by 33.63% than treated without fertilizer supply,fruit length,diameter and single fruit weight, the concent of dry matter,Vc, soluble sugar and soluble solids increased by 24.7%,14.15%,52.04%,128.07%,38.44%,21.67% and 27.24% than treated without fertilizer supply. The content of Nitrate in fruit was 328.69μg/g·FW, had no signifciant difficence with treated without fertilizer supply,the content of Nitrate was controled under the national AA standard 432μg/g-FW effectively.6.Through the indexes of growth,physiological characteristics,yield and quality, the suitable ratio of the top-dressing fertilizer on pepper in eco-organic type soilless culture was the treatment of urea,diammonium phosphate,potassium sulfate were 4.3,4.0,19.6 kg/667m2 per time(T12), N:P2O5:K2O=1:0.65:3.80.
