Improve The Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Public Crisis Management

National forestry parks are usually under the management of agencies sent by local government. The agencies are both public institutions taking part in the management of social undertakings and tourism enterprises to develop and operate tourist industry. Considering the great staff mobility and the scope of control, the management of national forestry parks is a complicated system, because these areas are always have natural disasters. Overall crisis management must be considered to take the crisis management of enterprises and the crisis management of the local area into account.This article is based on the emergency management of the four stages, that is from the emergency preparation, crisis prevention, emergency response and construction of emergency capacity to study public crisis management of Zhangjiajie National Forestry Park. The mainstay of the study is the actuality of public crisis management of Zhangjiajie Nationnal Forestry Park, and the causes analyzed from the public crisis management mechanism of the issue. It proposes to improve the public crisis management from making all staff to participate in the management of public events, constructing emergency management system of public crises, establishing early warning system of scenic crisis, and improving the regulations and pre-arranged planning of the the public crisis management in the scenic spot. This paper is to advise improving the public crisis management mechanisms of Zhangjiajie Forestry National Park.
