According to the productive fact of the pig farm in the Jilin agriculture academy , 8 male pigs of some links in the productive period were randomly divided into two groups (with 4 pigs in each one) in the experiment. The number of the piglets which were used in the experiment was counted by the real number of the piglets which were born by the male pigs in each group. And the trial was adopted the single factor design of the experiment.In the experimental group, 2ml Compound biological liquid bacterium were poured down the oral cavity after the piglets were born, but before these piglets were fed on the first milk. This treatment should be carried on once in every day of the first week. After 7 days, 3% Compound biological bacterium was added into the feed by the grain state, and no antibiotics was added into the feed. And this treatment can be ended before the piglets were changed over to other place at 60 day. The piglets of the control group were fed 0.04% aureomycin from the piglets were fed on the first feedstuff to 60 day. All the feed were made up by the processing-workshop of feedstuff in the animal farm in the Jilin agriculture academy.The experiment was conducted to study the effect of Compound biological bacterium on performance , three chief intestinal bacilli ,avoiding ablactation stress and preventing intestinal disease of piglet. On the other hand , this experiment also studied the effect of Compound biological bacterium on the antagonistic capability of the nosogenesis Escherichia coli. And this article also want to probe the throretics mechanism of the Compound biological bacterium when it brought into play of the applied product.The results indicated that the number of Escherichia coli was significantly decreased, and the number of Bacillus bifidus , Lactobacillus lactis and some other beneficial bacilli was significantly increased in the recturm of the piglet fed Compound biological bacterium(p<0.05). On the other hand , Compound biological bacterium can also help piglets to prompt the formation of the intestinal well-balanced bacilli and decrease the occurrence rate of the dysentery . The treatment can achieve very good results. And the antagonistic capability of the nosogenesis Escherichia coli can also be strongly engendered by Compound biological bacterium .In the experiment, the daily gain of piglets fed Compound biological bacterium was higher than that of control group by 8.9%. And the price of feed of piglets fed Compound biological bacterium was higher than that of control group by 14.0%. The economic benefit of each piglet fed Compound biological bacterium was higher than that of control group by Y 12.8. On the other hand , The survival rate of piglets fed Compound biological bacterium was higher than that of control group by 20.7%. And the occurrence rate of the dysentery of piglets fed Compound biological bacterium was lower than that of control group by 87.47%. The cure rate was 100% . In addition , in the experimental group , the antagonistic capability of the nosogenesis Escherichia coli can also reach 100%.So we can find that Compound biological bacterium can accelerate the growth of piglets. And all the daily gain , the feed conversion and the survival rate of piglets fed Compound biological bacterium were significantly higher than that of control group(p<0.05) . And in the experimental group , the price of feed which was used to weight was significantly lower than that of control group(p<0.05). In addition ,Compound biological bacterium can efficiently avoid ablactation stress of piglets. In a word, when used as the growth stimulating feed additive or as the medication to cure the dysentery of piglets, Compound biological bacterium can achieve very good results and economic benefits.
