The agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is developing rapidly in China,and the corresponding agricultural machinery products are constantly pursuing technological innovation and performance optimization.However,in the process of the design of agricultural machinery products,there are many problems,such as uncoordinated man-machine,unattractive appearance,poor integrity of the machine and so on.As a new type of agricultural machinery product,the research and development of the Yuanhu harvester is still in the stage of functional implementation.Based on this,the paper puts forward the design and study of the man-machine system of the YuanHu harvester based on Kansei Engineering.Combined with the Kansei Engineering and Ergonomics method,the paper makes an in-depth study on the optimization design and evaluation of the man-machine size of the cab,the design of product shape,the comprehensive evaluation of the human-machine system and the establishment of the product model.Firstly,making an optimization design for the cab of the YuanHu harvester,and the H-point comfortable area of the cab is solved,and the size of the cab seat,display device and control device is optimized,the design and layout of the cab working space are completed,and the 3D model of the cab is established.By using the ergonomics design and analysis system in CATIA V5 software,making simulation analysis and evaluation for the man-machine system of Yuanhu harvester cab,and the results show that the comfort,accessibility and vision of the optimized cab are in line with the driver's requirements.Secondly,making shape design for Yuanhu harvester based on Kansei Engineering,the preliminary framework for the study of the shape design of the harvester is built,and the product form is designed from three aspects: modeling,color and layout.By using the method of expert and questionnaire,10 typical adjectives are extracted from 100 perceptual adjectives,and the perceptual adjective pairs are constructed.At the same time,a large number of experimental samples are collected,and 9 typical experimental samples are screened and identified.Using semantic differential method(SD),a semantic differential table is constructed and the SD questionnaire is made,and the perceptual evaluation experiment data are collected.Finally,the SPSS factor analysis method is used to analyze the experimental data,which provides a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the man-machine design system of the harvester.Finally,the drawing design plan of the harvester is completed.Using the quantitative analysis method commonly used in Kansei Engineering,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),making the comprehensive evaluation of the man-machine system of the harvester.A hierarchical structure model is established,a pair ratio judgment matrix is constructed,the importance weights of the single weight vector and the relative target layer of the program layer are calculated,and the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme layer are determined,and the optimal design scheme of the YuanHu harvester is obtained.Finally,the Rhinoceros 3D modeling software and KeyShot5.0 rendering software are used to complete the solid modeling and rendering,and the effect diagram of the YuanHu harvester is obtained.This paper solves the problem of harmony in the man-machine system,expanding the application field of Kansei Engineering,providing a parameter and theoretical basis for modeling design after Yuanhu harvester.
