Based On Catia Human-Machine Engineering Module To 3WBS-16A Atomizer's Improved Design

With the information age coming, people has higher requirement of the design of the goods--- designing and producing required products within shortest time. It requires the designers to consider usage, appearance and manufacturability. Usage requires the products to satisfy people's using requirement and man-machine engineering is the science to discuss how to make the goods to fit people. In order to design products fast and effectively, people introduce computer-assist man-machine engineering which will design parallel the products and man-machine engineering by simulating skill to verify the its usage. By comparison with traditional way, it will decrease the design cycle and huge of design cost, so it is deserved to popularize.This paper verifies the rationalization of the agricultural Atomizer design from the point of view of the agricultural atomizer improvement. It bases on the theories of the man-machine engineering and the using existing circumstances of the agricultural atomizer, the related using relationship between the atomizer and human beings and the analysis of psychological functioning to start field investigation. It uses the computer-assisted man-machine engineering design to have man-machine engineering simulating design with number 3WBS-16A agricultural atomizer and also assess the results by simulate the process of using the agricultural atomizer. The paper also advances a new theoretical basis of the development and the design for the agricultural atomizer in modern life.Work listed below:Firstly, it starts from the field investigation to conclude the problems which came from the using agricultural atomizer.Secondly, it introduces the CATIA program function and use the man simulating design part to make mode for agricultural normal used number 3WBS-16A atomizer and simulate the way how to use atomizer and assess the process of the using way. The results prove that this normal used number 3WBS-16A agricultural atomizer has lower comfortable level and lower usage.Last but not least, getting the size of the new atomizer by primary calculation is based on the application of the data from the design of atomizer, the physical characteristics and the analysis research of the psychological characteristic by using the agricultural atomizer.Lastly, it uses computer-assist man-machine engineering to analyze agricultural atomizer and assess the process of the using way. The improvement scheme has been given and tested. The person idea of the detail construction and material of the agricultural atomizer has been put forward by the essential research and it has been the reference of the design activities and design several new agricultural atomizers.
