| Several species of Polygonatum Mill.(Liliaceae) including Polygonatum sibircum Red.,Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,Polygonatum kingianum Coll.et Hemsl., are described in the fields of natural resource research,pharmacognostic research, medicinal material qualification and HPLC fingerprint.The Polygonatum in Northeast China,Yunnan Province,Jiangsu Province and Heibei Province have been studied based on the basic theories and methods of natural resource research,making it clear that how The Polygonatum naturally distribute in these regions,meanwhile the growing environment and other accompanying species are also analyzed.Because the wild species Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Wall.) Royle that are known to the local people as medicine as well as food,widely distribute in Yunnan Province according to the research,Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Wall.) Royle are also studied so as to boarden the source of medicine and integrate the qualification standard.With comparative study of species,the basic pharmacognostic data of these four species of Polygonatum is researched.Meanwhile,the comparisons between Polygonatum sibircum Red.and Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Wall.) Royle are also studied.Infrared identification of Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Wall.) Royle is set up, and the comparison with Polygonatum sibircum Red.is analyzed,this can be a new method to the fast indentification of Polygonatum.The results show that the identification of four kinds medicine and can be distinguished clearly.Provide new methods for the rapid identification of Polygonatum.With the experiment for stability of the quality,the contents of active ingredient, polysaccharose and sapogenin are assessed by UV spectrum.Meanwhile,the comparisons between Polygonatum sibircum Red.and Polygonatum cirrhifolium (Wall.) Royle are also studied.Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Wall.) Royle's fingerprint is studied by HPLC,so the HPLC fingerprint of Polygonatum cirrhifolium(Wall.) Royle can be set up.Study quality stability of the medicine from main production areas and provide a reliable standard for practical application.The results show that quality of Polygonatum cirrhifolium from the main production areas is stable and reliable.The main types of active ingredients are the same and content are the similar.It can be carried out to further the development and utilization of resources. |
