| Seedling confusion between Polygonatum cyrtonema and Polygonatum kingianum,and unified quality standards were not formulated.The roduction circulation is restricted.Based on this,the new rhizome seedlings of P.cyrtonema,rhizome cultivation seedlings of P.cyrtonema and rhizome seedlings of P.kingianum,which are often used in the production of P.kingianum,were used as experimental materials in the study.The K-means clustering method was used to classify the rhizome weight,bud length,bud diameter,fibrous root number,fibrous root length and fibrous root diameter.The differences in agronomic traits,antioxidant enzyme activities,photosynthetic physiological characteristics,nutritional components,mineral elements and medicinal quality indexes of plants after planting with different grades of seedlings were studied.The main research results are as follows.1.Study on quality classification of new rhizome seedlings of P.cyrtonema showed that.The emergence rate and survival rate of grade I seedlings were the highest.The agronomic traits such as plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,and leaf area per plant were the best in grade I seedlings.The biomass accumulation of root-shoot ratio,dry weight per plant,dry weight of stem and leaf per plant,dry weight of root and stem per plant and weight of newborn segment were grade I,II and III.Some physiological indexes of different grades of new rhizome seedlings were different,among which the CAT activity of grade II seedlings at flowering stage was the highest,the POD activity at leaf expansion stage was the highest,the SOD activity of grade I seedlings at leaf expansion stage was the highest,and the MDA content at fruit maturity stage was the highest.The content of photosynthetic pigments was grade I,grade II and grade III,among which the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids and chlorophyll a+b in the flowering stage of grade I seedlings were the highest,and the ratio of chlorophyll a/b in grade III seedlings was the highest.Among photosynthetic physiology,the WUEi of grade I seedlings was the highest.The quality of new rhizome seedlings of different grades was different,and the average membership function value was compared by membership function method.The average membership function of soluble sugar content from highest to lowest was,grade III,grade II,grade I,the average membership function of soluble protein content from highest to lowest was,grade II,grade I,grade III,the average membership function of starch content from highest to lowest was,grade II,grade I and grade III.The average membership function of content of mineral elements from highest to lowest was,grade III,grade I,grade II.The medicinal quality index from highest to lowest was,grade I,grade II and grade III.The changes of various indexes of P.cyrtonema rhizome seedlings of different grades were not consistent.The weight of newborn segment,soluble sugar,soluble protein,starch,N,P,K,moisture,polysaccharide and other indexes which had great influence on the growth and development of P.cyrtonema rhizome seedlings were selected for comprehensive evaluation.in which from highest to lowest was,grade II,grade Iand grade III.Therefore,the best grade of P.cyrtonema seedlings in production is II,the weight is 15-35 g,the bud length is 1.0-2.5 cm,the bud diameter is 4.5-7.5 mm,the fibrous root number is 15-25,the fibrous root length is 5.0-10.0cm,the fibrous root diameter is 1.0-1.5 mm.2.Study on quality classification of rhizome seedlings of P.cyrtonema grade II,the weight is 10-20 g,the bud length is8.0-13.0 mm,the bud diameter is 5.0-6.0 mm,the fibrous root number is 25-50,the fibrous root length is 10.0-12.0 cm,the fibrous root diameter is 1.0-1.5mm.The study can provide a scientific basis for the development of quality standards for seedlings of P.cyrtonema and P.kingianum.It is recommended that new rhizome seedlings,rhizome seedlings of P.cyrtonema and rhizome seedlings of P.kingianum should be used in the production of grade II seedlings to obtain high output and high quality medicinal materials. |
