| Objective:Treatment To observe the effect of GuishuTiaojing Decoction(GSTJD) in treating Obesity Hypomenorrhea and to ecplore its mechanism.Method:56 patients were divided into the treatment group(28 cases,treated with GSTJD)and the control group(28cases,treated with XueFuZhuYu Granules)at random.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptom,physical sign,blood rheology,lipid,sex hormone and endometrial thickness were observed. Result:1.The totle effective rate of the treatment group were 85.72%, while those of the control group were 67.86%.The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).2. changes in body mass index before and after treatment were significantly different effect of the treatment group weight loss 82.14%, 46.43% in control group. Treatment in patients with serum sex hormones value not significantly different (P>0.05), T value of treatment, the average upper limit before, after treatment significantly decreased (P<0.01).Lipid values of the two groups before treatment and hemorheology value was no significant difference (P>0.05), after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Comparison of endometrial thickness:the treatment group after treatment than before treatment of endometrial thickness increased, but compared with the control group showed no significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:1.Phlegm and blood stasis are obesity hypomenorrhea after a major cause of pathogenesis.2. GuiShuTiaoJing Decoction can effectively improve the patient's clinical signs and symptoms of obesity hypomenorrhea a better clinical effect.3. Study confirmed that this law can regulate blood fat, improve microcirculation, improve immune function and may play a slimming effect. |
