| Objective: To observe the effect of XiaoZheng Decoction(XZD) characterized by invigorative blood circulation silt kidney tonifying and phlegm resolving in treating endometriosis and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Clinic study included 80 patients were divided into the treatment group (46 cases, treated with XZD) and the control group (34 cases, treated with Gestrinone tablet) at random. Before and after treatment, the change of the clinical symptom,physical sign,syndrome manifestations,blood rheology,serum CA125 and the blood supply of uterus were observed. Through animal experiment, The effects of XZD treating endometriosis rats on the celiac liquid PGF2α, serum CA125 and local pathological issue were investigated. Results: Clinic study indicated that the totle effective rate of XZD treating endometriosis was 89.13% (including curing rate 23.91% and remarkable effective rate 39.13%), and the effect of XZD treating endometriosis was characterized by reducing serum CA125, improving clinical symptom, physical sign and blood rheology. Animal experiment indicated that the effects of XZD treating endometriosis rats included inhabiting the multiplication of local pathological issue, reducing celiac liquid PGF2αand serum CA125. Conclusion: XZD was an effective recipe in treating endometriosis. The effect may be achieved by bettering the pelvic blood circulation, improving the blood rheology,rectifying the immunity dysfunction and inhabiting the multiplication of local pathological issue. |
