Clinical Study On Core-biopsy Of Breast Cancer And Detection Of Er,pr,cerbb-2,ki-67.

Background:Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in women, the incidence of which is of an upward trend in recent years. At present, surgery is central treatment of breast cancer, but there is diffculty for the choose of operative technique because we can't estimate the biological behavior of breast carcinoma cells accurately and extremely. So it takes more and more attention that how to estimate the biological behavior of breast carcinoma cells accurately and define the edge of operation area. Immunohistochemistry diagnosis of breast cancer is a trustworthy indicator which can estimate the biological behavior of breast carcinoma cells accurately. But weather there is difference between the ER,PR,C-erbB-2,Ki67 im m unohistochem istry outcome of core-biopsy tissues and postoperation tissues is still unclear. But weather there is difference between the ER. PR,CerbB-2,Ki-67 immunohistochemistry outcome of core-biopsy tissues and posoperation tissues is still unclear. Objective:Study the clinical value of core-biopsy immunohistochemistry diagnosis of breast cancer and offer some gists for neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgery selection and prognosis.Methods:35 cases which were diagnosed breast cancer were collected, after cut the tumor we took the core-biopsy as inimation of core-biopsy before surgery. Compare the immunohistochemistry diagnosis between the core-biopsy tissues and the tumors tissues postoperation.Results:There is no difference of between PR,C-erbB2 and Ki-67 of the core-biopsy tissues and the tumors postoperation (P>0.05) in 35 cases. but the inos of ER is different, there is more ER expression in core-biopsy tissues than the tumors tissue postoperation.Conclusion:Breast cancer core-biopsy preoperation is accurately in the immunohistochemistry diagnosis of PR,C-erbB2 and Ki-67. It can reflect the postoperative outcome of ER,but with more expression. Core-biopsy is safe, less injury and accurate, it can offer necessary gists for neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgery selection and prognosis.
