Objective:To evaluate the Orthopaedical morphology in children with developmental dislocation of hip(DDH),whose hips were re-dislocated following triad-osteotomy,by three-dimensional computed tomography (3DCT).And to analyse the causes of postoperative dislocation and improve the therapeutic method for DDH. Methods:Twenty-eight children with DDH, whose hips were re-dislocated following triad-osteotomy,were analyzed by some quantitative and qualitative parameter using 3DCT,and compared with some normal ones. Results:The results of Neck shaft angle were respective between the researched group and normal group. The incidence of severely deficient superior acetabulum was respective between the researched group and the successfully-operated group. Conclusion:The causes of re-dislocation following triad-osteotomy were associated with Neck shaft angle and the deficient degree in superior acetabulum rim, etc.
