Social work,as an important part of social construction,its industry dynamics,especially its industry practitioners attitude and behavior has become a social research hotspot in recent years.From the nature of the industry point of view,the occupation and industry should have its unique dedication and moral.However,in the past,the social responsibility of social workers and the social mission of their organizations are still less involved.Whether these factors will have a specific impact on the attitude and behavior of social workers is not yet conclusive.In addition,from the concept of "people-environmental interaction" and marriage and family responsibility,Person-job fit and married or unmarried status may also have a certain impact on the attitude and behavior of social workers.Based on this,this study will analyze the relationship between person-job fit,married or unmarried status,social entrepreneurship of social workers,social entrepreneurship of organization leader,social entrepreneurship of person-leader fit and the organizational citizenship behavior and turnover tendency of social workers through empirical research.In this study,the questionnaire was used to investigate the social workers in Shenzhen,and the polynomial regression analysis and three-dimensional curve response was used to analyze the relationship between person-job fit,married or unmarried status,social entrepreneurship of social workers,social entrepreneurship of organization leader,social entrepreneurship of person-leader fit and the organizational citizenship behavior and turnover tendency of social workers.The following conclusions have been drawn:(1)Social entrepreneurship of social workers,social entrepreneurship of organization leaders and social entrepreneurship of person-leader fit are significantly related to social workers' organizational citizenship behavior.(2)There is a significant relationship between social entrepreneurship of organization leaders and social workers' turnover tendency.(3)Person-job fit play a moderating role between social entrepreneurship of social workers,social entrepreneurship of organization leaders and social workers' organizational citizenship behavior.(4)Person-job fit play a moderating role between social entrepreneurship of social workers and social workers' turnover tendency.(5)Married or unmarried status play a moderating role between social entrepreneurship of social workers,social entrepreneurship of organization leaders and social workers' organizational citizenship behavior.(6)Married or unmarried status play a moderating role between social entrepreneurship of person-leader fit and social workers' turnover tendency.
