Comment On "shanganning Border Region Policy Agenda"

Shanganning Border Region is the guiding center of the Chinese People during the Anti-Japanese War, as well as the seat of the CPC Central Committee, an experimental field to build a new democratic society under the Communist Party of China.In November 1941 " Shanganning Border Region" was accepted and adopted by Shanganning Border Region the second session as a constitutional document, it is the region government's policy agenda and the general policy for the struggle, but also a common program for political parties and groups in border region.
