Study On The Construction Of Characteristic Culture Village In Nanan City

Culture is the nation's blood,is the spiritual home of the people.In the past more than and 10 years,the party and government have attached great importance to the development of rural culture,and there is a prosperous development in China's rural areas.China's complex terrain,a large number of rural population,each place has its own characteristics of the culture of the region.As an effective way to develop rural culture,in order to respond to the call of the party and the country,the country has to carry out the construction of characteristic culture village.In the new historical period,how to construct a kind of local characteristics,in accordance with the actual situation in rural areas,to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers,cultural and cultural needs of the village construction model,is a major issue of the current study.Nanan city from April 2012 to the end of 2014 in the city to carry out the work of "characteristic culture village".After creating a period of three years,the city built cultural demonstration village 60,propaganda and ideological cultural construction demonstration base 15,summed up the characteristics of Nanan "five addition" create mode,to promote rural cultural construction to inspire new vitality.This paper makes a deep research on the construction of village cultural characteristics of Nanan City,the basic situation of Nanan city "Cultural Village" construction of the introduction,summary of Nanan city "characteristic culture village" construction achievements,also pointed out that Nanan exists in the "Cultural Village" of the construction process,including: not fully mobilize the farmers' participation enthusiasm and cultural characteristics of the brand is not obvious enough,insufficient supply of cultural products,the lack of professional personnel,the "hardware" light "software" construction problems,and the causes of these problems from the grassroots policy implementation,public opinion propaganda,investment channels,personnel training mechanism,culture management system other aspects of a more in-depth analysis.In this paper,compared with other regions in China and South Korea,Japan and other countries in the aspects of the unique cultural village construction experience,put forward specific measures of cultural village construction and implementation path,including perfecting the leadership responsibility system,strengthen public opinion propaganda,to cultivate multiple investors,innovative talent team construction,improve the comprehensive evaluation mechanism put forward opinions and suggestions highlight,operability.The conclusion of this paper summarizes the construction of "characteristic culture village" in Nanan City,which is helpful to promote the research of the theory and provide some reference experience for solving the similar situation in the construction of the characteristic culture village.
