Mediation To Resolve The Plight Of Zhongshan Municipal People's Strategy

Mediation is the primary country-specific mechanism for handling conflicts and disputes, China's current people's mediation work is an important part of maintaining social stability. Currently, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, has established a city, town (district) and village (neighborhood) committees work of three people's mediation system, and social stability, Zhongshan City, play a very important role. However, with the city's rapid development of the socialist market economy and the rapid progress of urbanization, conflicts and disputes in the form of grass-roots are from the traditional mother-and daughter conflicts, neighborhood disputes, and marriage, alimony, custody and other issues-based conflicts, and gradually conversion because of ownership disputes, land acquisition, environmental pollution, social equity and justice, integrity, and other reasons caused by lack of deeper conflict. Faced with these deeper social conflicts, the traditional people's mediation system and people's mediation work has been unable to adapt to the Government's social pressure on integrated governance and social stability maintenance of the current urgent need to change people's mediation work.In recent years, Zhongshan City, at all levels of government, judicial and administrative authorities and the courts and other state organs, efforts are being coordinated through the division and build a wide range of conflicts and disputes settlement mechanism, to protect and promote social harmony and stability and healthy development. People's mediation as one of the crucial aspects of how to reform and improve the out of the current difficulties, and better play its unique features, and judicial administrative organs of government is an important topic, in this respect were important explored and achieved good social benefits. However, the current reform did not really solve the people's mediation work in the deep-rooted problems, such as "mediation," the agencies working under the system of compartmentalized cutting their own way, not the exchange of information sharing of resources, can not form an organic unity of the whole; docking between a variety of mediation, convergence is still not tight enough, the working process of mediation is still a lack of standardized management, the quality of mediators is still unable to meet work needs.Based on the above understanding, this paper made the following research work: 1. With today's historical background, the proposal to examine the significance of people's mediation, finishing summarizes the research results, and its brief review introduces the research content, frameworks, methods, ideas, and the main innovation.2. In introducing the related concept of "people's mediation," "mediation", based on the work on the operation of Zhongshan Municipal People's Mediation System in the description of the current situation, and reveals the people's mediation work is played, Zhongshan City, the benefits of social stability.3. Based on the empirical analysis, in-depth analysis of people's mediation work, Zhongshan City, the current problem and its causes.4. Propose a solution.
