The Renewal Of People's Mediation Working Methods From The Perspective Of Social Work

People's mediation as the main way to solve conflicts and disputes at the grass-roots level in our country,although has a long history,but with the emergence of new contradictions,people's mediation in the main body of multiple,complex causes of civil disputes in the process of solution gradually highlighted,the source of people's mediators is extensive,the mediation process is lack of professional,normative and other issues,which requires professional technical guidance and norms.The social work in the service concept,values,basic principles and other aspects are consistent with the people's mediation system,so the social work involved in people's mediation there is a certain feasibility.The combination of social work methods and people's mediation methods is helpful to provide professional technical guidance for people's mediation work,and has important significance to enrich the field of social work services.Through combing the existing people's mediation work methods,this paper discusses the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing people's mediation work methods,and based on the analysis of the application of social work ideas and methods to the people's mediation work,tries to apply social work methods to the practice of people's mediation work and to reflect and update the people's mediation work methods.
