The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Cadre E-Education And E-training

People are always crucial to social prosperity in history.Cadre Education and Training has become a fundamental and strategic pilot program to improve overall quality of cadres,and plays an irreplaceable role in carrying forward the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and great undertaking to build the Party.The rise and development of "Internet+",has brought profound changes to our lifestyle,learning methods and mindset.Cadre E-Education and E-Training is just the product of Cadre Education and Training and the Internet under the new environment.It extends the connotation and forms of Cadre Education and Training,while differs from the traditional model in many aspects.To respond to the call of the Party and state,and build a quality cadre team serving the public,Chongqing E-Learning Academy of Leadership was established in October 2012.Given the fact that the Academy is the major platform for Cadre E-Education and E-Training in Chongqing,the paper summarizes status quo and problems of Cadre E-Education and E-Training in Chongqing by discussing the development of the Academy and reviewing literature analysis in recent years.Problems include the lack of thorough research,rough management and supervision on studying,insufficient course resources,faulty learning checking and evaluation mechanism.Cadre E-Education and E-Training faces a number of complex difficulties.On the one hand,countermeasures should be found for existing problems;on the other hand,focus should be placed on theoretical research to explore the characteristics and development pattern of Cadre E-Education and E-Training.The paper only comes up with simple solutions that answer to the trend.The key is to forming a system unique to Cadre E-Education and E-Training,which would help foster high-quality cadres that can better support steady progress and growth of the Party and state,and only in this way it can play a better role.
