The research on command automation of the Armed Police Force is an important aspect in information construction. Three key technologies are researched in this paper which is based on the battle command system for the Armed Police Force(APF). The main research work is as follows:Armed Police Tab:The plotting method of Armed Police is researched based on the MapX Control. According to the different implementations, Armed Police tabs are divided into three categories, including point-like tab, linear tab, and pictographic symbols. Different production methods are designed according to the characteristics of different types of military labels. Point-shaped marks is realized by TureTypeFont method, linear tab is plotted by vector segment, and hieroglyphic symbol is realized by bitmap pixel.GPS and Map-matching:The methods of coordinate transformation and projection for the original GPS data is introduced, and the shortest distance match algorithm is improved which is based on map meshing.An accuracy match between GPS data and electronic map is achieved.Optional path searching:Two improvements for the algorithm is proposed, the binary heap priority queue is used as run data structure, meanwhile adjacency table as the road network topology stored data structure. According to the specific characteristics of the road network, The best path search strategy combined the Dijkstra Algorithm and dynamic programming theory is discussed. Meanwhile the operational efficiency of the algorithm by limiting the search direction to reduce the size of the search algorithm.
