| The political theories and the history experience express corruption is concomitant and rare with public power. The corruption is the behavior that the office-holder is by a stretch of authority to obtain private benefits. In recent years our country some corruption cases exposed the biggest problem that the power can not be get the valid check and supervision. Under the new history condition, how strengthen the check and supervision of the power, build up the mechanism that anti-corruption of public power is an important topic that the ruling party construction and national political power construction face.This article takes the corruption problem with the Chinese public power organization as study entity, analysis the main reason that causes public corruption carries on deep, sums up major measures,effects and present problems in last decades,put forward some countermeasures aiming to improve our anti-corruption mechanism of public power in China in the basis of reference to the successful experience in how to strengthen the supervision to the public power.The thesis is divided into seven:Chapter 1 is introduction,which gives the definition of corruption, expound the meaning,present situation,theoretical basis,contents and measures of the research.Chapter 2 analyses the overall situation and characteristics , indicates that mass organization corruption becoming more and more with the growth of the principal parts and even it spread into all fields in society,go deep inquire into the source of originating and spreading of public power corruption in aspects of society,system and anti-corruption in China .Chapter 3 summarized major measures and effects in china's anti-corruption,mainly in the fields in leading cadres'probity and self-discipline,investigating and dealing with illegal cases,the construction of honest and clean government,good administeration and the source's permanent cure.Chapter 4 analysing some lacks in our present anti-corruption work,indicating the shortages in the constructions of relative law and regulation system;actions of the supervision organization,officials'internal supervision and public opinion,supervision from the mass.Chapter 5 concluded some successful experiences of abroad doings to strengthen the supervison to the public power , analysed their experience in helping our work in combating corruption and building a clean governmentChapter 6 putting forward some suggestion which can improve China's anti-corruption work.Those include:build up and perfect our country's anti-corruption mechanism,system and supervision organization, launch the actions of the supervisions,enhance morals to the check and supervision function of power, and strengthen the internality to exercise to public power for encouragement and punishment,and strengthen the supervisions from the public opinion and the mass,etc.Chapter 7 is the concluding remarks,Summarize the conclusion of the total article,put forward next step for the research. |
