Civil Society Organizations Of Shanxi Province From The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

China is now experiencing the transformation from planned economy to market economy, and the changing period from tradition based on governmental decision to modernism on the basis of societal choose. Gradual deepening of the administrative system and the construction of service-oriented government development goals for the development of civil society organizations to bring an unprecedented historical opportunity, and government management from a single subject to a variety of public governance of the ruling paradigm shift,so that civil society organizations management concepts,models,faces a opportunity to adjust and change. Existing research show that civil society organizations in our country have received considerable development, and its characteristics of non-governmental,nonprofit,voluntary, self-governing,and popularity play a great role in the process of promoting the market economic development, socialist democracy building,Overall Construction of Comparatively Well-off Society, Construction of the socialism harmonious society. Carrying out the study of civil society organizations,expanding widely and standardizing civil society organizations and making full use of its role play a very important part in modern social life.This research was guided by dialectical and historical materialism of Marx's world outlook,Using the literature research,questionnaire, interviews and other methods for the study. This research based on the background of Building a Harmonious Society, trying on a comprehensive analysis of civil society organizations in Shanxi, local civil society organizations to build a theoretical basis and practical development of elements,and then study for the regional civil society organizations and government decision-making of a new management ideas.The main conclusions for this research was that the development of civil society organizations in shanxi is still in the initial stage,which takes on the phenomena of less amount,weaken quality and slow speed.The main reasons that conditioned the progress of shanxi civil organization are regulatory environment,institutional environment,social environment, policy environment and other aspects.The only way to earn a long-term development of folk organization lies in breaking the systematic limitation, integrating social resources,establishing the public credit,and making a better control of internal management.So rural specialized economic association,folk organization in community, environmental organization and commercial association will become the developmental focus in shanxi civil society organizations.Looking forward to the future,our native civil society organizations should regard reflection and realization of public sue as its duty, strengthen capacity establishment with creative ideas, practice hard native development route, building actively the resource sharing platform and realize the Great-leap-forward Development,finally to contribute for the development of the society and economy of Shanxi Province.This article does not use traditional methods,And Try to use more comprehensive perspective to deepen the understanding of civil society organizations, it provides a new idea for the study of civil society organization.However, due to the inclination of the sample collection,the subject is relatively narrow vision,leading the study left a lot of regrets,in the next step,I will study to establish a scientific evaluation system for the entry point, continue to deepen the study of Shanxi civil society organization.
