Improving the effectiveness of teaching Chinese reading has become the issues of language courses and teaching reform since 2007. No failure have been warmer so far.Theoretical studies have focused on a point on optimizing the teaching process, students, pluralistic interpretation of text, selecting the appropriate learning content. Associated research relative to disperse.In particular, Dr.Babanski in the Academy of Sciences of the former Soviet Union Education said:"Mastering the optimal method can improve a teacher's general education attainment levels and enable him to master an overall and interrelated knowledge of all areas of education, law and principles,instead of piecemeal knowledge.Moreover, it also helps complete increasingly complex tasks of the burdens of modern schools in the condition of a reasonable time and effort."In view of the above two points, this article presents the concept" Optimal Teaching Reading ". The" optimum "is characterized by resolving issues to be holistic, integrated and systematic.Here 's" reading "based on the daily classroom reading instruction. The combination of theory and practice systematically expounded the optimal reading's goals, content, processes, methods, in which its fundamental purpose is to improve the effectiveness of teaching Chinese reading. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part outline of the main is to optimize the reading and teaching background and concept definition. The second part mainly deal with the teaching of reading design goals from the teaching objectives of negative tendency.The third part the main exposition is optimizing the content of the teaching of reading and basic approach. The fourth part the principal in the teaching of reading on the basis of the conventional process to optimize the reading process discussed.The fifth part devoted reading methods of optimization and application. The sixth part the discussion on the results of the study, reflection and suggestions.
