Improving the effectiveness of teaching Chinese reading has become the issues of language courses and teaching reform since 2007. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part outline of the main is to optimize the reading and teaching background and concept definition. The second part mainly deal with the teaching of reading design goals from the teaching objectives of negative tendency.The third part the main exposition is optimizing the content of the teaching of reading and basic approach.
