Whether the first-line teachers can carry out instructional design scientifically and effectively or not is the key to ensure the quality and effect of classroom teaching,and also the focus of the education circles.Although many scholars in China and abroad have elaborated on the classification of the contents,goals and methods of instructional design and some descriptive theoretical research on the relationship only between the two parts,there are few people to talk about the relationship of three on the construction and practice,which is caused by the wrong match and choice about the relationship of “Content-Goal-Method” in instructional design for the first-line teachers.Therefore,this study hopes to sort out and synthesize the relevant descriptive theories both in China and abroad,and draw the classification system of each dimension advocated in this paper.On the basis of predecessors' research,this paper has developed an operation model of “Content-Goal-Method" in instructional design for the first-line teachers.In this study,four kinds of research methods are mainly used to analyze and filter the literatures of the description(knowledge and learning outcomes),goals and methods in China and abroad respectively through the literature analysis method.By using the comparative research method,in the various classification system for comparative research,and analyze the similarities and differences,which come to the idea of this article.Third is the interview method,using the way of letters or face to face to seek experts and teachers to modify the proposal,so as to improve the study.The whole research process is based on the design-based research method,through the cooperation with the experts and first-line teachers,the operation model is constantly modified repeatly,so as to establish the operating model of "Content-Goal-Method" in instructional design.In the process of the research,firstly this paper describes the theoretical system of teaching content classification in China and abroad,mainly selects the classification of learning outcomes,the classification of knowledge and other angles as reference,through the comprehensive analysis,so as to establish the content classification advocated in this paper.In the process of establishing the instruction goal,it is mainly to sort out,select and synthesize the classification system of cognition,action skills and emotion in three fields,so as to get the goal classification advocated in this paper.In the process of establishing the method dimension,we mainly consider the classification of teaching methods and learning methods in China and abroad,and finally use the classification of teaching methods as well as the classification of learning methods of Danseru and Maikeer,And this paper add a number of new methods under the guidance of the modern educational ideas for the first-line teachers in the course of the operation to choose.It is worth mentioning that the "method" which is referred in this article is what we usually say "strategy" in the operational level.Through the establishment of the three dimensions of "content","goal" and "method",and combing the contrast relationship among the three,and adding the diamond check box and the knowledge point before the item to be selected,instructional design is completed "Content-Goal-Method" operational model of the first draft.After interviews with the experts,depending on their feedback and suggestions,the first draft of the operation model should be modified and improved.After obtaining the discussion form of the "Content-Goal-Method" operation model in instructional design,the first-line teachers and I choose the knowledge units of different sections and different disciplines to try them out and give examples of operational practice.In the course of the practice,received improved suggestions and affirmative support from experts and first-line teachers.It is proved that this research has a guiding role for effective instructional design.
