At present, china's railway is developing rapidly. A variety of rail transportion management model is co-existing. The momentum of joint venture railway and local railway is well. After six full speeds, the technical equipment and practices of the national railway has been changed considerably. The railway construction is reaching climax. The railway operating kilometrage of existing railway and railway line for passenger traffic have a substantial growth. Rapid Development of China's railways increased the demand for railway professionals, especially front-line professionals, which brings opportunities for railway transport profession in secondary vocational school. Meanwhile, the railway development demands the professional with wider skills and knowledge. The learning ability and learning interest of the students in secondary vocational school are worse than before. The secondary vocational school system shortened from four years to three years. These objective factors gave many challenges for railway transport profession in secondary vocational school. It is an urgent need to address the problem to train the students lacking motivation into application talents to adapt to the development of railway within the limited class.This thesis studies the railway transport profession in Shijiazhuang railway school to explore a teaching on adaptation of railway development and student's learning state. The thinking of papers is in accordance with the analysis and solving problems. Analysis problems depend on detailed investigation. Solving problems is to select Constructivism to guide teaching practice. In the teaching process, teacher-centered or student-centered is depending on what kind of teaching theory using. The quality of students in the secondary vocational school is generally low, in the traditional teacher-centered teaching mode, they acquired experience of failure. Construetivism makes the subjeet changed in teaching activities. All is around the students in the teaching process. Teachers inspire students to think independently, help students actively construct knowledge, and help improve teaching effectiveness.This paper is divided into six parts. First, railway transport profession in secondary vocational school encounters a good opportunity. The vigorous development of china's railway increases the needs of the application personnel. Second, the railway transport profession in Shijiazhuang railway school is selected as the sample has some representation with high professional reputation in the country. After thorough investigation and detailed analysis for students, teachers, teaching management, it is found that teaching is not entirely met the demand of railway enterprises. Thirdly, there are five aspects of teaching problem:students lack interest in learning, knowledge is large and class is small, course content does not meet business needs, practical skills teaching is scarce, teaching theory is not clear. Fourth, the five questions related to all aspects of teaching. Every problem has many solutions. I try to unify theory of teaching in order to avoid complicated. The specific teaching methods can be changing under the clear teaching thought. Constructivism is against the traditional teaching theory, and can solve the identified problem. Fifth, constructivism is used in teaching practice to test feasibility. Sixth, constructivism can be found to solve the problem of teaching after careful reflection. But we can not completely abandon the traditional teaching mode which still has advantages compared with constructivism.
