Study On The Construction Of Excellent-quality Course Of Basketball For Sports Major

Basketball is one of the most popular and widely viewed sports in the world, and highly celebrated in China. Basketball, as an Excellent-Quality Course, with its own characteristics, should be built on higher level, to exert its influence and play its role model. It acts not only as the brand name for colleges and universities, but also one of the signs to measure the quality of PE. Through educational innovation and teaching reform of Basketball, as an Excellent-Quality Course, in PE major among colleges and universities, the level of education and teaching quality will be raised. Human- oriented quality education with emphasis on reseach,practical proficency and high quality aims at the cultivation of professional specialists. Basketball, as an Excellent-Quality Course, can be seen in the construction of courses, major and teaching faculty, in the improvement of micro- and macro- teaching enviroment and in the practice of scientific research and modern education technology. This thesis, through consulting the material, investigating, collecting data statistics and logical analyse, after the study of current situation of basketball as an Excellent-Quality Course under construction in Hebei Province, points out existing problems in it and hopes to find out practical ways to mend this project.Methods of the research:The first,related material and resources1.Manual search: consult relevant documents from National Library, Langfang City Library, Langfang Normal College library, Beijing Sport University library, Tianjin Sports College library.2.Internet search:China journal full-text database, China's important conference papers full-text database, the dissertation full-text database, collect related monographs: sports training, athletics gymnastics training, Chinese gymnastics movement, athletics gymnastics advanced tutorial, horizontal bar, gymnastics new concept, the logic course. The second,logic analysis: use related data gained through induction and analysis, the research material and the survey results, discover its inner logic relations, thus draw theconclusion.The third,Statistics: use Microsoft Excel statistical software for statistical processing.Research results:The research shows that high technology development in the process of project has the following characteristics:1.Systematic analysis of the cocept of this course as a whole, the construction of teaching faculty ,network and the share of achievements in the construction of Basketball, as an Excellent-Quality Course.2.The construction of the excellent course should be achieved with the aim of developing the whole college; the full improvement of teachers and teaching quality with the research achievements; the development of student sports proficency to realize the idea of life-long sports exercises.3.The thorough innovation of basketball course, the promotion of teaching quality should be gained through course content, teaching aim and practical plan, the reform of teaching, the application of multimedia teaching methods4.The emphisis on student participation and evaluation, and adoption of modern method of evaluation.5.The strenghening of construction policy on Basketball, as an Excellent-Quality Course.Conclusions and suggestions:We conclude this study with the following points:1.The research of Basketball , as an Excellent-Quality Course, can be used by others as revelations and suggestions,with the aim to cultivate first-rate teacher team and course system, is to cultivate excellent specialsits who can be needed by modern society, is to provide the society healthy life.Advanced course concepts in the construction of Excellent-Quality Course are lacking. Basketball course should be systematically built, enriched by new researches. The reputation of basketball teachers as a team, the proper position of basketball teaching research, policy and financial support and governing mechanism are all in urgent need of improving. The construction of on-line Basketball, as an Excellent-Quality Course lags behind the times, the design of teaching material and the quality of video material are to be improved.2.
