Generally occurred in my country of choice in primary and secondary schools as well as the choice situation of high charges the right to undermine the principle of equality of education, contrary to the values of the most basic of basic education, reducing the quality of education, causing widespread dissatisfaction with the masses. The purpose of this paper is to explain the widespread adoption of basic education in our country's choice of a specific meaning, form and characteristics, analyze the impact of choice and the question of the reasons for the formation of choice, to explore the idea of solving problems, find solutions to problems on the growing problem of choice to play the role of mitigation, maintenance of a fair education, and better promote the cause of basic education in our country's long-term development.
