After introducing the definition, function of sense of self-efficacy and its influence on its formation, this thesis expounds the guiding role that the self-efficacy theory plays in the reform of new Chinese curriculum, and then points out that the self-efficacy theory is one of the theoretical foundations of new Chinese curriculum reform. In order to prove the importance of training students'sense of self-efficacy in studying Chinese, this thesis analysizes the effect of self-efficacy sense on students'Chinese learning efficiency and its causes. Besides, it has made it clear that there are some problems that the teaching is of low efficiency in the Chinese lesson reform and that the students'self-efficacy sense is low. At the same time, it expounds the relation between the two. Also there exist some mistaken ideas in the present Chinese lesson reform that the teaching objective should be generalized and vague, the difficulty in accomplishing the teaching task should be strengthened, etc.", which seriously restricts the enhancement of the students'self-efficacy sense in learning Chinese. And finally it proposes such corresponding strategies as follows:lead students to find out the reasons actively, set up appropriate curriculum goal, fully utilize the students'experience and potentiality to guide, instruct them in order to grasp some essential learning strategy and method."...
