Everything starts with the eighth reform of China’s curriculum. The curriculum reform in the new century is considered to be the top reformer since the founding of new China and treated as the deepest one. During a decade, language educationa in China show a new look.new ideas and new initiatives from the nature of the language subjects, language curriculum goals, language learning and capacity assessment of language had been spread and exploited widely.Our current language curriculum reform already has walked through the peak period of the early reform which is without flowers and applause any more into the short-term low tide, how to consolidate humanistic understanding of the language courses in the transition period, how to strengthen philosophy and values change of language educationin in a decade and how to promote the implementation and in-depth development of the overall reform of language courses become a realistic important issue which must be involved and solved.Paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter1, Introduction explain the research base and the research significance on the basis of summing up a lot of research literature and define the concep topic of education reform, curriculum reform and language curriculum reform;Chapter2affirmed the positive results of the language curriculum reform from five aspects which is following the traditional prescriptive curriculum paradigm;The third chapter present problem that curriculum reform still exists on the premise of confirming the positive effectiveness.Summarizes the constraints to promote in-depth development of the reform of the language courses,and try to make a general description for the highlighted new issues in the reform process;The fourth chapter of this paper is hardest part, the core of this part is to dig deep paradox in the language curriculum reform, bluntly pointed out that the language curriculum must resolve two deep-rooted contradictions in order to deepen reform.Combined with the reflection of education and the inherent law of curriculum reforms in the fifth chapter-that is the conflicts and the difficulties to establish confidence in the theoretical reform of language curriculum, because the reform itself contains a variety of loss, anxiety, struggle, contradiction, or even countermarch; Insighting into the general law of the curriculum reform could play the role of scientific guidance for the language curriculum reform in China;The last chapter is based on the author’s own point of view,try to make a exploration for reform position in language teaching, importance and value of learning and teaching,unity of theory and practice in curriculum reform process.Innovation of this paper lies in two aspects:First,turn of language teachers role from the principal to object.it is the main internal contradiction of curriculum reform and the implementation;Second,the lack of curriculum autonomy and evaluation system, this is external problem of the management system of curriculum reform.Hoping to combine with three-step method of confirming effectiveness,revealing the contradictions and correcting and exploiting,language educator can break some superficial simple problem containing in the language curriculum so that reform outlook is more professional and scientific in the further development of basic education.Open up a free flow of road for the final language curriculum reform and come out magnificent of the language courses finally.
