Subject to various factors,underachievers will surely appear in the process of teaching.This will surely influence the effectiveness of education seriously.By means of some factors,such as stimulating students's learning interests to transform this part of students, which is researchers have been exploring for many years.Where there is no interest,there is no wisdom and inspiration.By analizing researches related to motivating interest,based on Zone of Proximal Development theory and needs theory, we adopt Qualitative Research Methods to in-depth analyze the following specific issues by showing typical cases of motivating interest.in learning physics.(1) What are "key factors" that can motivate interest of underachievers in physics learning?(2)Why could the "key factors" play a key role?In this study,the author chooses two typical cases,and adopt observation, interviews and other methods, combined with the class teacher diaries, Student Development Portfolio,and Physics score file, to sort the transform process of the cases,and discuss the issues that the study concerns.Based on the Collation, analysis and discussion that mentioned above,the author has two conclusions on "how to motivate students' interest in learning":(1)By applying the Zone of Proximal Development theory, adhering to the principle of motivation,and uniforming requirements among teachers,we can stimulate the interest of the underachievers in physics learning,and tranform this part of students effectively.(2)We can use some activities to satify the underachievers's desire for love and belonging,and creat the useful learning environment.This can also stimulate the students's learning interest and tranform the underachievers effectively.In the end of this study, according to the above findings, the author makes two recommendations. In regard of concerning of students' own characteristics, this paper gives some advice to the physics teachers. That is through various ways teachers should understand the physical characteristics of the underachievers in physics learning,as well as their current cognitive and emotional state.This can satisfy the underachievers's desire for love and belonging and can make the zoneof proximal development for the underachievers in physics learning.
