Reflections On Teaching General Technical Teacher Professional Development

We need to reflect on professional development of teachers. In the context of new curriculum reform, The main objective of this paper is to study the required characteristics of general technical teachers by analyzing the subject characteristics of General technical course, it mainly contains the following areas:the changing role of teachers in teaching, the knowledge structure, the changing of teaching ways and means, professionalism and professional qualities. Then, on the basis of questionnaires about teaching status and teaching reflection, the paper tries to analysis teaching conditions and professional development standards, know about what and how the common technology teachers think about, and common technology teachers and understanding of the level of expectations, study what role reflect on the teachers.After that it points out the point cut of teaching reflection, the main forms and steps combined with practical cases. Finally, it studies the significance that the teaching reflection bring for the professional development of teachers combined with practical cases.
