| Case is the bridge between theory and practice. Case-based learning activities, to some extent, make up for the weakness of the style of only learning theory, which make the theory and teaching practice closely linked. During the process of studying cases, teachers can not only gain some unknown knowledge and skills, but also can deepen their understanding of teaching practice. It improves their ability of analyzing and solving problems, and makes them complete the construction of teacher self experience.Case-based Reasoning, Cognitive Flexibility Theory and Adult Learning Theory provide a theoretical basis for teachers'case study. General technology teachers'case study has specific functions on their professional development: it can make general technology teachers realize the change of their role, help teachers develop practical wisdom, and increase their case knowledge and enhance the ability of teaching reflection as well. On the basis of literature analysis, the type and the structure of cases have been analyzed. The process of general technology teachers'case study is divided into three stages:analysis and thinking, practice and reflection, and write and review. In order to get knowledge of general technical teachers'case study, some teachers have accepted the questionnaire and some problems have been after the questionnaire and analyzed from aspects like cases, teachers, schools and the network. Three strategies have been here so as to effectively promote general technology teachers' case study:building general technology teachers Network Learning Community; inviting general technical experts to participate in; and establishing databases-accessed efficiently. |
