Quality training, including emotional education plays an important role in basic education. Integrate the various elements is an important means in bringing up the emotion. In the past, people are mostly concerned about the Cognitive instructional research but emotional research in informational instructional research. With the process of teaching philosophy and teaching reform, the emotional introduction philosophy in has been widely accepted. Emotional design is conducive to student emotional development and the acquisition of knowledge and ability.This article aims to explore the teaching of emotional information design methods. To analysis and research the information technology and emotional issues related to education In the theoretical and practical perspectives. The emotional teaching design to the context of information technology should be used in a systematic approach, aimed to effective emotional teaching goals, from the characteristics of the students, and developed teaching and learning environment designed. Ultimately aim to optimize the classroom, and to promote the teaching effect of emotion effect. To analysis the relevant documentation about teaching principles, and the meaning of emotional education and teaching the principles, the paper get the emotion-oriented strategy for teaching design methods in the context of information technology teaching, combined with the practical teaching case, contact practice.The article contents four parts. The first part, the article introduce the status of emotional teaching and research, significance and research methods;In the second part, the article describes the emotional context of information technology-based teaching theory, and something about the concept of emotion and emotional education. The emotional elements of the teaching of analysis, the feelings of teaching models and strategies are briefly outlined in the article. In the third part, the article set out the emotional characteristics the context of the Information teaching, and to analyze emotional factors in three respects from the characteristics of information technology, the emotional factors that information technology can be carrying, and information technology in emotional education. In the forth part which is an important part to this article, it focus on the emotion objectives of the design, information design principles in the context of the information instruction, and focus on the teaching process design and emotional design strategy. Then the article proposed information-based teaching ideas and methods of Emotional Design, to combine the relevant cases.
