Research On Educational Punishment From The Perspective Of Power

Education punishment is an old topic, but also a new topic, and it is still a controversial issue. Throughout the history of education punishment, we are always able to find "power" figure, both state power and private power want to possess education punishment, under the circumstances, education punishment steps gradually towards civilization and institutionalization. Today, when people implement education punishment, they follow a series of principles, and the implementation of these principles is based on consideration of the power which is implemented economically,rationally and efficiently. As the power, in the implementation process of education punishment, there are some problems, such as misuse, abuse and other problems, these problems are closely related to concept of how to look at education punishment. In short, education punishment doesn't seem to escape from the power, because it is deeply permeated with the spirit of the power, it is bound to survive for long as the power, and becomes an endless topic.
