The Experiment Research About The Hip-hop Dance Had Influence To The Co-ordination Of 9 Years Old Girls In Beijing FuXingMenWai No.1 Primary School

The hip-hop dance originates from Europe and America, which includes lots of distinctive action. In recent years, it is more and more popular in our China. Co-ordination is the overall performance of human body, and it includes the flexibility, the learning capacity, the orientability in the space, the reaction, the rhythm sensation, balanced capacity, veracity and so on.This paper, based on the main source of a number of local and international relevant books and literature, and "Chinese Journal Full-text Database", and many film, video on the Internet, and the music; and I have used the interview survey procedure to consult the experts of hip-hop teaching, gymnastics teaching, and human body measurement. The research is also undertaken in the form of a survey participated by experimental subject. I chose randomly 60 girls of 9 years old in Beijing FuXingMen No. 1 primary school, then divided them into two groups each included 30 girls. I taught the experimental group hip-hop dance for 3 months, 48 class hours. I test them by eyes-hands-feet co-ordination test, Split run repeatedly test in 20 second, push-up test in 10 second. At last, I used the method of mathematical statistic and logical analysis to analyze the data. After that I drew the conclusion following like this:1 Through the eyes-hands-feet co-ordination test we can say that hip-hop dance could develop the co-ordination of 9 year old girls effectively. Hip-hop dance could develop the flexibility, the amount of sports skills, and the level of the athletic ability, therefore, the co-ordination of the experimental subjects had been developed.2 Through the split run repeatedly test we can see because the duration of the experiments was so short and the content of courses was finite, the test result of the two groups was indistinctive. However after 3 months, in this test, the performance of experimental group was more satisfactory than control group.
