Study On Policy Of Ex-service Athletes' Insurance

On the basis of ex-service athletes'historical documents both at home and abroad, this article was used by the theory of politics, management, economics, social sciences, psychology training and the method of case work, expert idea, testing survey. Especially, the ex-service athletes in Jiangsu Province, the guarantee system for sportsmen both at home and abroad, and retirement policy were picked up for study.At first, this paper make analysis on retirement consciousness, mental state, culture level and skill level of our athletes, found the problem in athletes'policy. Second, to reduce the negative influence on athlete retiring, this paper make analysis on ex-service athletes' self-safeguard and their commercial insurance. Finally, this paper suggests that future research should explore social support and interventions in the athlete retirement based on existed theories and experience, strengthening and perfecting existed policy is important in our country.
