A Study On Policy Implementation Of Undergraduates' Resident Medical Insurance Policy Base On Perspective Of Policy Cognitive

So far,the resident medical insurance has made certain achievements,but still some problems are existed.In this research,set the undergraduates as the respondent,obtained their comprehension,sense of identity with the resident medical insurance through a random questionnaire survey.Based on the survey data,analyze the major problem during the policy implementation,determine the causes and offer some solutions and suggestion.The results show that,the level of comprehension is somewhat low,while the sense of identity is tolerable with the resident medical insurance,and their insured willingness is relatively low.The status has exposed that the policy communication is lacked during the policy implementation and the insured procedures are inconsequence.These problems are mainly caused by the inherent limitation of policy,the implementation capacity of implementation agency and other reasons.The government should optimized the implementation plan and related organizations have to improve the publicity of resident insurance,and establish systemic supervisory mechanism,to ensure that resident medical insurance can efficiently play its effectiveness.
