PE teaching quality refers to the achived effect after implementation of physical education teaching,it is the most significant tast of the whole school PE theaching,and is also an important breakthrough in achiving Quality-oriented education.PE teaching is an important way of cultivating students' consciousness of "lifetime sports",and PE teaching quality has great influence on physical and health of student.PE, how to improve the quality of teaching physical education and become the focus of our research. facilities,Sports teachers' preparation for lessons,their teaching organizating;application of teaching methods,arrangement of teaching ciontent,how to arrange proper exercise load,the distrubntion os class,and how to make scientific achievement evaluation of students' PE performance all those have important influence on the quality, home situation of students with emotional interaction among stimulate students interest in sports, students of sports habits, so that the function of school sports the largest extended to all aspects of society, is to improve the quality of PE teaching important content to be studied.This paper takes sports teaching quality of Shanghai junior middle school.method of of literature, literratrue observation, questionnaires, expert interviews, statistics etc.conduct a comprehensive research and analysis,for 1 Physical Education teaching quality of Shanghai junior middle school and provides some references for the school PE development and roform. After studying this paper, the following conclusions:1. Compared with The "second phase of curriculum reform," present PE teaching quality has got great improment,mainly reflecting in the Preparation of teacher lesson plans,arrangments for teaching content,the choice of teaching methods,pyhsical performance evaluation of student,the distribution of class,and students learning attitude,learning effect and so on.2. The quality of physical education teaching major factor for students interest in learning and teaching content and teaching methods of novelty at now.3. Physical education teachers in the arrangement of teaching content and teaching methods, the factors to consider increasing their focus on teaching content and teaching methods should be selected for their interest, hobbies and life-long exercise habits, so that the choice of the now continuously improve the quality of teaching physical education.4.There is somewhat gap between the and of students and the teaching content and methods proposed by teaching quality.5. Each part of the distribution of the present PE class in reasonable,which reflects the improvement of PE teaching quality.6. The main reason for the present little sports load in PE class lies in students' weak constitution in general,as well as higher heart rate.7. Now self-evaluation by students is ladded into the Peclass accomplishment enaluation, what's more,more facters are supposed to be considered by teachers in the process of judgement.This kind of perfect enaluation system is likely to produce a more impartiasl and reasonable results. 8. PE teachers than ever before to increase innovation capacity, innovation and notable results.9. PE effect and the teaching effect at present are obvious, the students interested in sports,and physical qualities have improved, thought the quality has improved.
