The quality of the special sport class is the lifeblood of the Shanghai high school physical education teaching reform,and is also the important research issue of the school sports field.Since entering the new century,with the drive of the second of shanghai curriculum reform,the quality of the shanghai high school sports teaching has improved.But,under the influence of some practical problems,the shanghai high school sports teaching still face some severe challenges,such as:the teaching method and content is too old,the student' enthusiasm is not enough in class,the student'physical quality has been declining year by year.According this,the shanghai high school physical education teaching reform has been started in the 17 high schools in2012.With the five years of development,the shanghai high school physical education teaching reform is moving form the experimental stage towards the stage of generalizing entirely.From the point of the specialized physical education effect at present,it has good effect in stimulate student's enthusiasm and improve student'sports skill.But,as a new thing,on the one hand,the people' concept about the specialized physical education also need to be further deepened;on the other hand,the research on the high school special physical education teaching is just started,we are now lack of the research about what's the quality of the course? And what's the impact to the student's development? So the quality of the specialized physical education in shanghai high school is becoming the new subject today.The study selecting the quality of the shanghai high school specialized physical education as the research object.And using the method of literature,questionnaire,experimental,interview,as well as the methods of mathematical statistics,making an investigation study in the eight high schools which has been carry on the physical special education teaching reform.The main conclusions are as follows:1.As the whole,the quality of the high school special physical education is comparatively high.But,because of the lack of the field and facilities,some teacher use the unreasonable teaching method,and so on,there are still exist a small part of the physical education has the lower quality.2.The teaching aims were made reasonable.It is suit for the student' real level and be operable;Student are more clear about the request about the teaching aims and most of the teaching aims can be true.3.The focal point and difficulties of the teaching content is highlighted,And most of the student all like the teaching content.The arrangement of teaching steps is reasonable;the most of the physical education have the lead-in,but the form of the lead-in is not novel and the effect need to be elevation.4.Most of the students are actively in the class at attendance,observe,imitate,practice and class presentation,and got a better teaching result;But,the student's performance in the Q&A and discussion links are not be actively.Teacher questions occupied the most of the classroom questioning,on the contrary,student rarely ask questions.The teacher' strategy of waiting for reply is unreasonable.The effect of the question is generally.5.There has the varieties about the teaching evaluation of the specialized physical education,formed the course evaluation form: self-evaluation of students is the mainWay,the students mutual and the teacher evaluation are the secondary status.There are having many means about the students' self-evaluation and students' mutual evaluation,but it at the low use rate,and lack of the teacher's effective instruction.The teacher made the feedback in time during the class,the language of feedback is relatively accurate,and the quality of the feedback is higher.6.The classroom atmosphere of the specialized physical education is positive and active.The relationship of the teacher and student is democratic,and the relationship among students is harmonious.That is helpful to the develop of teaching.7.Most of the student can well grasp the motor skill in the physical education,But it also need to be improved to the student's ability for use about the motor skill.8.It's being reasonable for the exercise load in the specialized physical education and the student' physical fitness has certain promotion.The density of exercise belongs to the average level.The characteristics of the student' heart rate is well.The practice density and athletic load capacity of grade 3 is lower than grade 1 and grade2.9.After the period of study,the student' interest in sport generally ascends.The effect of student's affect development and the training of the physical ability are undesirability.The effect of the train about student's ability of exercising is not good.The ability of using motor skills is not strong.And student can not form the habit of physical training.The student' ability of making and adjusting their own training program needs to be further enhanced.
