| In our country,female holding advanced academic degrees is a community who are provided with higher quality. They play an emphatically role in the constructing of modernization and progress of society. But, we can discover that there has great disparity in the title of a headship, income and various levels competition between female holding advanced academic degrees and male holding advanced academic degrees for a long time. It is obvious that female was lower than the male though there has a striking increasing in female's high title proportion,master proportion in recent years. There are many barriers, impeding their ability to play the development of the cause in their career development process. The reason is most likely to the gender identity, social policy and environmental organizations, which make them get into the puzzle of "the glass ceiling" in the professional development. At the same time, the impact for their career development in different organizations is not the same.Based on the serious condition before-listed,this thesis discusses the condition of professional development of female holding advanced academic degrees from view of organizational factors with synthetically literature material law and comparative ways. Appealing building advantageous environment in the aspect of sex culture and the social for them. Reconstructing the female holding advanced academic degrees'main consciousness so as to impel them to fully achieve their social value. While changes own, also changes female community's idea and the status in entire society.The findings indicated that,(1)female holding advanced academic degrees inferior to male holding advanced academic degrees in development of profession(2)The social factor, the family factor, the organizational environmental factor and the individual factor, are obvious to influence the females' professional development;(3) There is a great disparity on the barrier of female holding advanced academic degrees in development of profession in different organizations.Mainly suggested :(1) the female holding advanced academic degrees must strengthen their own quality, fully unfolds their sex superiority, enhances the self-decision-making and self management ability inn their professional development ; (2)The organizations should build a good humanities environment for their development and help them establish the consciousness self-confident, self-striving and the professional development through all kinds of ways;(3) The society should provide good software, the hardware environment for female holding advanced academic degrees'development. |
