1 Research objective:This thesis aims at the study of whether the "HIHILO" training method will be effective in solving the problem that traditional way of losing weight is facing, that is,the contradiction between weight losing and falling of competitive abilities,by means of observing the training and body ingredient data of seven Sanda athletes who carry their training under the "HIHILO" training environments.2 Research techniques:During the observation,Sanda athletes will be observed on their low oxygen housing, low oxygen training and normal oxygen training to guarantee their staying in low oxygen circumstances and training quality. Test on body ingredient will be conducted before and after their stay in the cabin plus once every week.Fat,protein, moisture content and basic metabolism rate will be observed during this period.2.1 Hi staying means athletes will live in low oxygen cabin with the oxygen density of 14.7-15.4%,which aims to simulate the environment of elevation of 2500-2800 meters.2.2 High training:the High training will be conducted in the standard low oxygen training cabin at physiology experiment center of Beijing Sports University. The oxygen density will be 14.8%,equals to that of elevation of about 2700 meters.2.3The hi- hi environment:In the cabin the temperature regulation scope is 25 degrees, the noise does not surpass 40 decibels and the relative humidity regulation scope is 50%2.4 The low training site is kick boxing hall of Beijing Sports University.3 Results:3.1 The "HIHILO" method could make the achievement of reducing athlete's body weight while at the same time enhances athlete's physical ability.3.2The losing of weight is mainly result from the reduction of fat.3.3 Affected by the low oxygen condition, moisture level inside the athletes' body is low despite sufficient water supply during the test.3.4 "Metabolism rate increases obviously during the test.3.5 Protein level falls slightly during the test.3.6 Physical ability enhances greatly after the hi-hi-lo training.4 conclusion and suggestionThe way of "HiHiLo" training could usefully change the body composition and should be well carried forward.
