The Management's Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Nanchang's Universities' High Level Sports Teams

High standard sports teams in universities and colleges are main part of the contribution and development of high standard sports teams. The management of the high standard sports teams is significant in running the teams in good order and realizing the goal of the teams.To enhance the effect of training,management is also essential.Universities and colleges started to run the teams very recently and in the stage of exploring.National education ministry has not yet set a uniformed management mode for the teams.Although some regulations,rules and documents have been stipulated by the education ministry,universities and colleges chose to operate with regulations and rules customized according to their own needs.With the development of the market-oriented economy,high standard sports teams are increasingly popular.Management level should be improved;otherwise the orientation and standards of the teams will be affected.This paper is to provide scientific evidence for the relevant departments and bureaus in Jiangxi Province,on the researching basis of concept,approaches and measurement of the managing the high standard sports teams in universities and colleges in Nanchang.This paper is divided into four parts.Part 1 is the preface,the authors reference a lot of datums on the basis of China's high-level sports team and provide some of his views to some issues of the construction of the high level sports teams at this stage;Part 2 is the study object and methods;Part 3 is the research'findings and discussions,it is the core pare of this parper.With a lot of investigation,the authors analysis the development of some high-level sports teams' current situation of five factors like target location, management system,enrollment mangagement,the student'professional learning management,sports training management and the logistic management,provide there advices and solutions to the management of Nanchang's high-level sports team.Part 4 of the conclusions and recommendations.The conclusions are:1,The construction of Nanchang' high-level college sports teams is still in the exploration.2,Nanchang high-level sports team managers lack a clear goal for their contingent's building,they have a fuzzay concept of "high level"and don't have a effective planning and management of their team.3,The universities and colleges of Nanchang'student athletes have three main sources and channels and the project provision lack of planing and guiding.these kinds of factors lead to some shortcomings like the projects' development disorder,repeated investment and short-term acts.4,the Nanchang universities'sports teams lack lots of experience of the management of the student's cultural and natural learning,and this gives the prominance of the contradiction of the cultrural learning and sports training.5, most of the schools don't have a effective management to their coaches.6,the athletes lack of scientific training and management.7,the lacks a good competition environment after the athletes'entering the school.8,the colleges' sports teams in logistics management and input needed to be strengthened.9,some schools imperfect training conditions, some equipment and training venues' construction and management needed to be improved.10,most of the sports teams lack of effective health insure measures.
